To oversee and lead the end-to-end design process from concept through to detailed design and project completion.
Provide interior design expertise ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations in design.
Implement and monitor quality control and quality assurance processes, ensuring designs align with the local Govt bodies.
Coodinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements, schedules, and safety protocols.
Prepare and review project documentation, including tender documents, procurement schedules, fabrication specifications, and detailed engineering reports.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and designers, fostering skills in design, assessment, and construction principles.
Conduct complex structural analysis Provide ongoing technical guidance and problem-solving support during the construction phase, ensuring designs are correctly implemented Communication Ski lolsn-site.
