Position: House Manager

Location: Baner / Balewadi, Pune

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized House Manager to oversee administrative coordination and day-to-day operational support for interior project sites. The role requires strong communication, scheduling, coordination, and multitasking abilities similar to an Executive Assistant profile. The candidate will act as a central point of coordination between clients, vendors, site teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for site operations.
- Handle booking arrangements including travel, accommodation, vendor meetings, and site visits.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless communication.
- Maintain project calendars, meeting schedules, and follow-up trackers.
- Assist in preparing reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, and documentation.




- Ensure timely coordination for material deliveries, vendor visits, and approvals.
- Monitor and support administrative activities at the interior site.
- Maintain records, invoices, quotations, and important project documents.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Support senior management with operational and coordination tasks.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
- Skilled and presentable personality.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in coordination, administration, executive assistance, or interior/site operations preferred.
- Female candidates preferred.

Salary:
