About the Role

As our Full Stack Developer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of web projects from database schema and API design to frontend implementation and deployment. You're the kind of developer who doesn't stop at "it works on my machine." You care about performance, security, scalability, and the experience of the person clicking the button. What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications from end to end
- Develop scalable REST or GraphQL APIs using Node.JS, Express, or similar frameworks
- Build responsive frontends using React.JS or Next.JS
- Manage databases SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Handle deployment, monitoring, and DevOps on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce quality standards

Who We're Looking For

- 35 years of full-stack development experience in production environments




- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack React on frontend, Node on backend
- Hands-on experience with database design, query optimisation, and ORM tools
- Familiar with authentication systems, API security, and data protection best practices
- Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure basics
- Solid problem-solver who communicates clearly and doesn't wait to be told what to do
