Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and oversee finishing works across residential and commercial projects. The role involves coordinating with multiple internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of finishing activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand project goals and assist the Construction Manager in preparing the project execution strategy from a finishing perspective.

- Oversee interior and civil finishing works for special projects such as sample flats, clubhouses, entrance lobbies, and infrastructure development.

- Support planning teams in preparing quarterly and monthly schedules aligned with yearly targets.

- Allocate work and define clear responsibilities for internal team members.

- Raise work and material requests as per project plans and coordinate with the procurement team for timely vendor and material availability.

- Review drawings, manpower requirements, safety measures, and quality parameters to identify potential risks impacting project progress.

- Highlight contractor deficiencies to the Construction Manager and recommend corrective actions.

- Maintain joint records for critical and abortive works and prepare debit/credit notes as required.

- Ensure timely CRN submissions and completion of associated work.





- Coordinate with internal departments such as Civil Execution, MEP, Stores, Procurement, Horticulture, Quality, Safety, Design, and Planning, along with external consultants, vendors, and contractors.

- Assist in preparing and implementing site logistics plans.

- Monitor and control material wastage and implement measures to reduce it.

- Ensure proper coordination with the billing department for all work processes.

- Conduct cost and productivity analysis and ensure efficient site implementation.

- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure zero-accident site operations.

- Maintain robust quality control through inspections, method statements, and checklists.

- Analyze NCRs and implement immediate corrective actions.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong exposure to residential, hospitality, or luxury interior projects.

- Ability to track project deliverables using appropriate tools.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Positive attitude, open-minded approach, and ability to work with dynamic teams.

- Awareness of latest construction technologies and finishing practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in finishing works within real estate, hospitality, or finishing contractor organizations.

- Strong site management and project coordination experience.
