Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end test strategy and test governance for online banking and digital onboarding migration programs.

- Lead Integration, API, and data validation testing across:

? Core banking systems, Salesforce Automation Testing

? Online banking channels (Lumin)

? Digital onboarding (Glide)

? Third-party services (KYC, payments, identity, notifications).

- Define and execute parallel run validation and migration testing during vendor transition.

- Drive regression test planning and execution across customer journeys and impacted business processes.

- Lead test automation strategy, identifying high-value scenarios for automation and improving regression efficiency.

- Coordinate with vendors, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve defects and reduce release risk.

- Manage test execution timelines, dependencies, environments, and defect triage.

- Ensure compliance with banking standards, security, and audit requirements.

- Provide regular test status, risk assessments, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience





- 812 years of experience in banking or financial services testing, with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead role.

- Solid experience in online banking / digital banking platforms

- Proven expertise in: Salesforce Automation Testing with Playwright (preferred)

Integration & API testing (REST, SOAP, JSON)

? Data validation and migration testing

? Parallel run testing

? Large-scale regression programs

? Lumin and Glide

- Hands-on understanding of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, etc.).

- Strong experience with defect management and test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, ALM).

- Knowledge of banking regulations, security, and compliance considerations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience working with digital onboarding, KYC, or identity platforms.

- Exposure to cloud-based banking architectures and microservices.

- Experience with CI/CD test integration.
