Looking for a skilled Production Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Efficiently handle manpower and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

- Maintain accurate material stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

- Implement and maintain SAP, IATF, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, and PFMEA systems.

- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.





- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related field.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with SAP, IATF, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, and PFMEA is required.
