Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role focuses on building a strong organizational culture, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting business growth through effective people management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs
Handle employee re
lations and resolve workplace issues effectively
Oversee performance management systems and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases
Work closely with management to support organizational planning and growth
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities




Supervise HR operations including payroll coordination and attendance management

Required Skills
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid organizational and decision-making skills

Experience
4 to 5 Years

Education
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage
