Roles and Responsibilities:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software and civil engineering practices.
- Good in Site plan, Grading plan preparation, pavement design Pre and post condition drainage area maps and Site hydrologic analysis, Storm water Hydraulic analysis, Underground utility plan preparation (Water/ sewer), Erosion control Plans, Storm water management plan and reports (Design of detention ponds).
- Experience in working of Residential and commercial site development projects.
- Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations
- Mentoring junior members of project teams and interns
- Preparing engineering concept plans,



detailed design plans, and managing documentation
- Providing technical support to graduate engineers,
- Conduct meetings with the client.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of 3-4 years of Civil3D Design experience
- Previous experience in Land development projects. (USA)
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
