- Monitor distributor performance and ensure effective territory management
- Expand distribution reach in potential and underpenetrated markets

3. Solar Segment Development

- Drive focused growth of solar products and solutions across assigned regions
- Develop market awareness and visibility for solar business initiatives
- Track solar segment performance and support achievement of business objectives

4. Distributor Management & SPOC Responsibilities

- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)



for region development initiatives and key distributors
- Manage engagement and business planning with top distributors
- Improve distributor satisfaction, alignment, and business productivity
- Drive better communication and coordination between the branch, distributor, and HO teams

5. Branch Operations & Leadership Support

- Act as immediate backup support during manpower gaps or vacant branch situations
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth operational functioning
- Support implementation of company policies, systems, and processes
- Ensure timely reporting through SFA/DMS and related business platforms

6. Market Execution & Monitoring

- Conduct regular market visits to review execution standards and business performance
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments
- Ensure proper implementation of schemes, branding, and visibility initiatives
- Drive execution excellence in focus and high-growth markets
