Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA & Automation Team Lead to lead both Manual Testing and Automation Testing teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in modern test automation frameworks, hands-on testing experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for adopting AI-driven testing practices. This role requires close collaboration with development teams across India and France while driving quality assurance strategy and release excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and manage Manual Testing and Automation Testing teams.
- Act as the primary quality liaison between Development Teams, Product Teams, and Management.
- Drive testing strategy, resource planning, and quality initiatives.
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Work independently on complex testing assignments with minimal supervision.

Automation & AI-Driven Testing

- Lead migration from legacy automation tools to up-to-date frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Appium.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.




- Champion AI-powered testing solutions including self-healing automation, AI-driven test generation, visual testing, and predictive defect analysis.
- Participate in automation code reviews and framework architecture decisions.

Quality Assurance & Manual Testing

- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and UAT testing.
- Review and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
- Manage defect lifecycle and ensure effective communication with development and product teams.
- Ensure high-quality releases through rigorous validation and risk-based testing approaches.
- Conduct root cause analysis and post-release quality reviews.

Technical Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in API testing, automation scripting, and performance testing.
- Manage and support test environments, including cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Shift-Left testing practices.
- Ensure automation scalability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.
