Educational Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Inbound)




- Excellent English Communication Skills (Voice)
- B2 Assessment Score: 58 or Above

Technical & Process Knowledge

- International Voice BPO experience is mandatory
- Experience in B2C domain is required
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and Internet usage

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries from US-based telecom customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve process KPIs.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.
