We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer

Remote (First Month) Relocation to Bengaluru or Pune (Based on Business Requirements)

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems, writing clean code, and building scalable applications from the ground up. If you love taking ownership and seeing your work directly impact products used by global clients, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the frontend and backend.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where required.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and suggest improvements to existing systems.

You'll Fit Right In If You

- Have 24 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
- Are proficient in frontend technologies such as Angular (Must), Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.




- Have experience with backend technologies like Node.js (Must), Python.
- Are comfortable working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Have experience integrating REST APIs and working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understand Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Enjoy solving problems independently and taking ownership of your work.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points If You

- Have worked in SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
- Have experience building enterprise-scale applications.
- Have exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, or DevOps practices.
- Have an interest in AI, sustainability, ESG, or climate technology.

Work Location

- The first month will be remote to facilitate onboarding.
- Based on project and business requirements, candidates must be willing to relocate to Bengaluru or Pune thereafter. Relocation flexibility is a mandatory requirement for this role.
