The Role

SAP HR professional is expected to lead the configuration and support of SAP HR modules, focusing on Employee Data and Performance/Talent Management, while translating Hire-to-Retire business processes into SAP functional designs and system configurations. Manage HR master data troubleshooting to ensure data integrity for global employee records, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize talent management workflows and performance tracking tools. Additionally, provide support during core hours, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of experience with SAP HR / HCM and S/4HANA environments.
- Robust functional knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Talent modules.
- Experience in global enterprise environments with a focus on cross-module integration.
- Ability to perform functional debugging and resolve complex HR business process issues.

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Master Degree & any relevant certification
