Key Purpose of the Role:

BiofuelCircle Customer Success team is responsible for Customer Onboarding & training, Proof of Concept Management, Business reviews, Inactive Customers management & Customer Support to ensure higher level of usage and utility for the platform.

Customer Success teams role is pivotal in ensuring subscriber and platform success.

What Key Tasks & responsibilities will be involved?

1. Customer Onboarding and Training

a. Onboard customers on platform and give them training on how to use the platform

2. Proof of Concept (POC) Management (P.40)

a. Conduct & manage POC for newly onboarded customers

b. Handholding new customers through their early-stage transactions

c. Giving the customers a firsthand outstanding experience during the POC

3. Customer Success and Business Growth

Regularly engage with the customers to ensure high platform usage ensuring regular trades are published. (P.60)

b. Periodical business review meeting with all customers to identify business growth areas in terms of SoW and solving any current issue hindering business growth.

c. Cross sell / Up sell other products / services to increase engagement and revenue.

4. Customer Support

a. Proactively monitor data to identify failure points and take steps to prevent it in collaboration with cross functional teams.

b. Handle all customer queries, complaints and escalations and ensure they get solved & closed.

5. Reactivation of Dormant/Inactive customers (P.60)

a. Regularly work on customers who are dormant/Inactive and make them regularly transacting on platform again.
