Azure SME – OT

Experience: 8–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, support, and optimize Azure infrastructure for OT environments.
- Provide L3/L4 support for Azure incidents, service requests, and problem management.
- Administer Azure services including VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers, Backup, and Site Recovery.
- Implement and maintain cloud security controls, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud.
- Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Drive automation through PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with OT security standards.
- Collaborate with OT, Cyber Security, and project teams to deliver reliable cloud services.





Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise in Azure Networking, Compute, Storage, Backup, and Security.
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, PIM, and Conditional Access.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
- Experience in OT/Industrial environments (SCADA, DCS, Industrial IoT).
- Azure Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500.
- Understanding of OT Cyber Security and network segmentation principles.
