Lead end-to-end design and modernization of cloud data platforms on Microsoft Azure.

Serve as a technical subject matter expert and principal individual contributor.

Align complex data strategies with executive business objectives.

Drive cost-optimization, security, and governance across enterprise data assets Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Build scalable, secure, and reliable data lakehouse and data warehouse solutions using Azure services.

Pipeline Optimization: Oversee the design, refactoring, and performance tuning of massive ETL/ELT data streams.

Technical Leadership: Mentor senior and junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and executive leaders to translate needs into technical roadmaps.

Operational Excellence: Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and data quality frameworks Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:



15+ years in IT with a minimum of 10 years specialized in data engineering, warehousing, and analytics ecosystems.

Azure Stack: Deep mastery of Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Azure SQL.

Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in PySpark, Python, and enterprise-grade SQL optimization.

Data Paradigms: Expert knowledge of Lambda/Kappa architectures, Lakehouse design (Delta Lake), and dimensional data modeling.
