Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for enterprise customers.

- Provision, configure, and maintain AWS resources using AWS Console, CLI, SDKs, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, security, and application-related issues across AWS environments.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and third-party monitoring tools.

- Optimize AWS infrastructure performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement AWS security best practices including IAM policies, KMS, Security Groups, NACLs, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Inspector, WAF, Shield, and Secrets Manager.

- Manage AWS networking components including VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, Route Tables, NAT Gateway, Internet Gateway, Route 53, Load Balancers, and PrivateLink.

- Handle AWS billing, cost analysis, budgeting, reserved instances, Savings Plans, tagging strategy, and FinOps optimization.

- Support AWS backup and disaster recovery solutions using AWS Backup, snapshots, replication, and cross-region DR.

- Configure and troubleshoot AWS messaging and integration services including SES (SMTP), SNS, SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, and Lambda.

- Deploy and manage compute and storage services including EC2, Auto Scaling, EBS, EFS, FSx, S3, and AWS Storage Gateway.

- Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-AZ architectures.

- Support migration of workloads from on-premises to AWS.

- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, solution presentations, and architecture reviews.

- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and knowledge articles.

- Work closely with application, database,



network, and security teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

- Provide L2 operational support, incident management, change management, and problem management.

- Ability to design cloud solutions based on customer requirements.

- Experience preparing HLD, LLD, and architecture diagrams.

- Experience in incident, problem, and change management.

- Ability to work in 247 support environments when required.

- DevOps hands-on experience.

- Experience in customer-facing roles with solution design and architecture discussions.
