Are you an experienced engineering leader with a passion for driving operational excellence, plant reliability, and manufacturing innovation?

We are hiring an AVP – Engineering for one of our leading manufacturing clients based in Vadodara, Gujarat .

? Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

?‍? Experience: 15–20 Years

? Industry: Manufacturing (Continuous Process Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead Plant Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability functions.

✔ Improve machine uptime, productivity, and energy efficiency.

✔ Drive Automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing operations.

✔ Support commissioning of new CCV, MV, LV, and Conductor production lines .

✔ Develop and implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance systems.

Preferred Profile





✅ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

✅ 15–20 years of experience in large manufacturing facilities.

✅ Robust exposure to plant engineering, maintenance excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.

✅ Experience in continuous process industries will be an added advantage.
