:Key Responsibilitie sEUC Tools Architecture & Strateg yOwn the architecture, standards, and technical roadmap for EUC tool sAlign tooling strategy with Digital Workplace, Manufacturing IT, and Cyber Security principles

.Evaluate, design, and onboard EUC tools with a focus on business value, scalability, and security .

Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (Primary Responsibilit y)Design and operate Nexthink architecture (Collectors, Engines, Portal, Campaigns

).Create real‑time dashboards and experience scores to monito r:Endpoint performan ceLogin and application experien ceStability issues impacting production and engineering use rsDevelop Nexthink campaigns fo r:Proactive remediati onAutomated fix esUser engagement and notificatio nsIntegrate Nexthink with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or equivalent ).
