Job Title: QA Automation Engineer — Robot Framework

Location: Bengaluru, India (On-site)

Work Style: Hybrid, 3 days/week from office)

Experience Required: 4+ years

Notice period: Immediate to 21 days I'm hiring a QA Engineer with strong troubleshooting instincts and hands-on Robot Framework automation experience. Troubleshooting carries the highest weightage in this role (~40%), followed by Robot Framework automation (~20%).

What we're looking for: Troubleshooting — hands-on, and this is the primary skill (~40% weightage; "very good" level expected). You should be able to talk through real production issues you diagnosed and how you got to root cause.

Robot Framework — hands-on, must-have (~20% weightage). This is the primary automation tool for the role. Minimum 2 years of hands-on automation experience in Robot Framework is required.

Unix / Linux — hands-on, fundamentals level. Comfortable working in the workplace. Deep scripting is not required.





SQL — hands-on, basic level only.

Python — knowledge level only. Helpful, not mandatory.

4+ years of overall experience

Preferred Domain: BFSI / financial services.
