- Leading a QA team, defining test automation strategy, designing and implementing frameworks, mentoring juniors, collaborating with Dev/cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality software delivery using CI/CD, all while managing risks and reporting business value.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
- Working collaboratively and helping cross-cultural and cross-regional team members – both internal and on customer side. Positive-to-Have - Manufacturing domain experience mostly in MES
