Role Overview Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Allen Bradley (Studio 5000 / RSLogix) and Siemens (TIA Portal / Step7) platforms. Configure and program HMI systems (Siemens HMI / PanelView). Develop control logic for conveyors, packaging machines, robotic systems, and end-of-line automation equipment.

Integrate PLC systems with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus). Conduct machine commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting at factory and customer sites. Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities.

Work closely with mechanical design and electrical teams to ensure seamless machine automation.



Prepare and maintain PLC documentation, IO lists, electrical interface documentation, and program backups. Diagnose and resolve control system faults and field issues during machine installation and service.

Assist in continuous improvement of machine automation standards.
