: Key Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience with Java and/or Python.
- Ability to understand software requirements, design guidance, technical specifications, and implementation tasks defined by a senior technical lead.
- Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software components under the guidance of a senior engineer or technical lead.
- Experience building or supporting software applications, automation scripts, test tools, or engineering utilities.
- Ability to break assigned tasks into manageable implementation steps and provide regular status updates on progress, blockers, and risks.
- Working knowledge of object-oriented programming, modular development, scripting, APIs, and integration with external tools or systems.
- Experience with source code control and development workflows using tools such as Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with agile development practices, issue tracking, code reviews, and iterative software delivery.
- Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate software issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior engineers, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Basic Job Deliverables

- Implement assigned Java/Python-based software components for post-silicon factory test infrastructure under the guidance of the senior technical lead.
- Work with the lead engineer to understand requirements, design intent,



implementation tasks, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations.
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain software modules, automation scripts, utilities, and integrations that support manufacturing test workflows.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions to improve implementation quality and maintainability.
- Create and update technical documentation, implementation notes, test procedures, and troubleshooting guides as needed.
- Investigate software defects, reproduce issues, collect debug information, and work with senior engineers to resolve technical problems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturing teams, and contract manufacturing partners to support implementation, validation, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to improvements in existing tools, workflows, development practices, and test automation processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience, including Java and/or Python application development, scripting, automation, or test tool development.
- Experience contributing to software projects as an individual contributor under the direction of a senior engineer, technical lead, or project lead.
- Experience learning new systems, following established design guidance, and completing assigned tasks with appropriate supervision and review.
