Heads

Machine Development Process Combined work with customers to understand process demands;customers past experience;existing machines problems leading to feasibility of machines. Machine Actual Performance with respect to Machine Specification Sheet.

Hardware Selection and Concepts finalization for automation in machines with latest technology. Machine Actual Performance with respect to Machine Specification Sheet.

To generate BOM, Prepare Drawings, Schedules of the Machine. Optimisation of Financial, Manpower and Store Resources.

Inhouse manufacturing of Machine Panels and PLC Programing of Machines Optimisation of Process and Maintenance Practices.

Installation and Commissioning of machnes on site Commissioning as per Specification Sheet of Machine.

To Monitor and Analyze Commissioned Machine Parameter with Machine Specification Sheet. Benchmarking with existing Machines and Specification Sheets.

Cost Optimisation Identification of Parts and Hardware for low Cost Counterparts.



Cost Reduction

Inhouse Fabrication of some Hardware Parts as well as Utilisation of Items from Existing Stocks. Cost Reduction

Identification of New Vendors with New Equivalent Products. Cost Reduction

Safety Compliance to Design and Safety Guidelines in machines as per ISO 12100 Safety Audit scores from External/Internal agencies To analyze and improve Safety Hazards in Equipments as well as Working Place as per Safety Norms. Safety Audit scores from External/Internal agencies

Plant Support Coordination and Techinal Support to Maintenance and Production in process, equipment troubles and in implementing recent solutions. Customer Satisfaction Survey score

Requirements Knowledge Knowledge of SPM, Electrical System Design & programming in PLC, HMI, SCADA,Instrumentation & Controls, Sensors, Robotics, Servos,VFDs , Vision systems, Electrical Drawings softwares like E Plan, Safety standards in machines 2-6 Years

Skills Good Technical, Analystics, Communication, Managerial and Machines Troubleshooting BE/B.Tech/PG in Electrical Engg (Overall Academic >70% )
