Role & responsibilities

-Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for building, urban planning, and infrastructure projects.

-Draft and modify layout plans, building plans, elevations, sections, and site development drawings.

-Prepare and support Civil DPR (Detailed Project Report) documentation and drawings.

-Work on Government Infrastructure Projects such as roads, drainage systems, water supply, sewerage, and public utility planning, Commercial and Residential tower or Building.

-Use Google Maps / Google Earth (Google Mapper) for site mapping, area measurement, and project planning support.

-Prepare land subdivision layouts, master plans, and approval drawings.

-Ensure compliance with municipal norms, development authority rules, and government tender requirements.

-Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and government authorities.

-Revise drawings as per site conditions, technical inputs, and approval feedback.

Required Skills

-Strong command of AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory).





-Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Infrastructure Projects.

-Experience in Civil DPR preparation.

-Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and land development norms.

-Experience in Residential & Commercial Building Projects.

-Working knowledge of Google Maps / Google Earth for mapping and measurements.

-Understanding of government tender drawings and approval process (MP region preferred).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel for area calculations and DPR documentation.

Educational Qualification:

-Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Drafting

-Urban Planning exposure preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

3-5 years total experience

Minimum 2 years experience in Government department and building work in AutoCAD

Robust experience in infrastructure works for government departments

Ability to handle multiple projects independently

Willing to work at Indore, Bhopal, or Ujjain
