Role Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Auditory Verbal Therapist (AVT) / Speech-Language Pathologist with 3 to 6 years of clinical experience to join our advanced Audiology and Cochlear Implant department. The ideal candidate will hold a BASLP/MASLP degree and have extensive experience in post-cochlear implant rehabilitation and pediatric auditory habilitation within a hospital or specialized clinical setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Therapy Delivery: Conduct high-quality Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT) and speech-language therapy sessions for pediatric and adult cochlear implant recipients.

- Parent Coaching: Actively guide, counsel, and train parents/caregivers to integrate listening and spoken language strategies into the child's daily routine.





- Assessments: Perform pre-and-post-implant diagnostic speech-language assessments, tracking patient progress using standardized protocols.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the ENT surgeons, senior audiologists, and mapping specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical case histories, progress reports, and therapy lesson plans.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Education: BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) or MASLP from a recognized university.
