Job Title: In office Field Auditor (Metro Operations)

Role Overview

We are looking for a vigilant and active On-Site Field Auditor to monitor and audit our ground operations across various metro stations in Chennai. You will be responsible for physically visiting assigned metro stations daily to verify staff attendance, inspect workplace compliance, and ensure our on-site teams meet operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Attendance Verification: Conduct surprise and scheduled roll-calls to cross-check physical staff presence against logbooks and digital rosters.

- Site Inspections: Audit metro station worksites daily to verify compliance with company protocols, uniform codes, and safety guidelines.

- Operational Monitoring: Monitor shift handovers, guard/staff alertness, and general ground discipline during operational hours.

- Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and document unauthorized absences,



late arrivals, or operational lapses instantly.

- Daily Reporting: Submit detailed daily field audit reports with photographic evidence using mobile applications or templates to the regional manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate degree (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA) or 12th pass with relevant field experience.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field auditing, site supervision, security operations, or field operations management.

- Travel Mandate: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively between Chennai metro stations daily.

- Skills: Strong observational skills, integrity, and basic smart-device proficiency to upload daily reports and photos.

- Languages: Strong verbal communication in Tamil is mandatory to communicate with ground staff, along with basic English for report writing.
