Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Qualified Chartered Accountant based in Delhi NCR, India. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our audit and assurance practice as an Audit Manager. The role offers exposure to a diverse client portfolio comprising Listed Companies, Private Limited Companies, LLPs, Partnership Firms and Sole Proprietorships.
The selected candidate will lead Audit Engagements, manage Client Relationships, supervise teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality professional services. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage statutory audit engagements from planning through completion.
Conduct tax audits under the Income Tax Act.
Execute Internal Audit assignments and provide practical recommendations to clients.
Handle GST audit assignments and support GST compliance engagements.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards (AS) and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and Standards on Auditing.
Coordinate directly with clients to understand business operations, resolve audit queries and provide timely updates.
Plan, allocate, review,
and monitor the work of article assistants and junior team members.
Guide and mentor team members to enhance technical knowledge and professional development.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and contribute to business development initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.

Profile
Essential Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
0–2 years of post-qualification experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm.
Technical
Knowledge
Candidates should possess sound knowledge of:
Companies Act, 2013
Income Tax Act
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Accounting Standards (AS)
Standards on Auditing (SAs) Technical Skills
Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Ability to prepare and review audit documentation and financial statements with accuracy and attention to detail. Key Competencies
