Working Model: Hybrid

Department: Accounts Executive Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger posting, and maintaining accurate books of accounts.

Prepare and finalize monthly and periodic financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare, reconcile, and file GST returns in accordance with statutory requirements.

Prepare and file TDS returns, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance.

Perform GST and TDS reconciliations by matching accounting records with statutory filings and resolving discrepancies.

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking transactions, documentation,



and account-related activities.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial reports to support management decision-making.

Assist in the finalization of books of accounts and year-end closing activities.

Conduct internal audit procedures and support the implementation of internal financial controls.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and internal financial policies.

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for finance-related matters.

Required

Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Bookkeeping.

Experience in GST & TDS return filing and reconciliations.

Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good time management and attention to detail.

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
