Key Responsibilities

- Content Strategy &
- Planning:

- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

- Conduct audience research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry shifts across Meta and LinkedIn ecosystems.

- Creative Content Creation:

- Design and produce compelling, visually striking graphics, carousels, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), and qualified thought-leadership posts.

- Write crisp, engaging, and platform-optimized copy tailored specifically for B2C/B2B audiences on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Community Management &

- Engagement:

- Monitor all social channels daily, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a vibrant, loyal community.

- Implement interactive engagement tactics (polls, Q&As;, live sessions, surveys) to boost active user participation.

- Growth &

- Analytics:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including follower growth, reach, impression rates, and engagement metrics.





- Use data-driven insights to continually optimize content performance, refine strategies, and hit quarterly growth targets.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience managing social media channels for brands or agencies (specialization in Meta and LinkedIn is a must).

- Creative Skills: Hands-on experience with design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing capabilities.

- Writing Prowess: Exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice from conversational (Instagram) to professional (LinkedIn).

- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in native social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics) and tracking performance metrics.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
