Role Description The Asst Manager/Manager – HR will oversee end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating recruitment for plant roles, managing HR documentation and HRIS records, supporting training and development initiatives, and driving employee engagement activities.

The role will also involve working closely with plant leadership to address workforce planning, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures, while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and statutory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota, requiring regular interaction with production teams and other in office functions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HR operations in manufacturing environments, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Experience with employee relations,



grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures in line with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS systems, and compliance processes for plant-based workforce.
- Skills in coordinating training, development, and employee engagement initiatives tailored to manufacturing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities, with capacity to collaborate across levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Kota and adapt to a fast-paced plant environment.
