- Coordinate daily employee transportation operations for Jamaica, ensuring seamless execution across all shifts and routes in alignment with Jamaican business hours
- Liaise effectively with Jamaica leadership team, local transport team, and third-party vendor team to resolve operational issues, optimize schedules, and implement process improvements.
- Monitor transportation metrics, including vehicle utilization, on time performance, employee feedback, and compliance with safety standards, providing regular report to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract oversight, tracking of vehicles, updating vehicles, catering adhoc requests etc
- Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams via email, calls, and virtual meetings, demonstrating exceptional written and oral English fluency to ensure clarity, accuracy and timely updates
- Support emergency response protocols, such as route disruption or incidents, by coordinating alternative and escalating to leadership as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data trends, recommending enhancements, and participating in training programs for operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation logs, employee rosters, and compliance documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of minimum (1-4years) in employee transportation, fleet management, or logistics coordination
- Solid English communication skills (Written and oral) with ability to work effectively in Jamaican timings (Flexible night shifts as needed)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with transportation management software
