About The Role The Senior Full Stack Engineer at BigStep Technologies will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core web applications and backend services. This position requires a highly experienced professional who can lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement scalable solutions that meet our high standards for performance and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with an emphasis on backend architecture and microservices.

Experience with AI tools and cloud-native development is highly desirable as it aligns with our strategic focus on innovative, AI-powered solutions.





Qualifications Minimum of 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on backend systems.

Proficiency in Node.js frameworks such as Express, NestJS, or similar.

Experience with Golang is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.

Practical knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Expertise in building responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.

Familiarity with AI editing tools or AI-driven development workflows is preferred.

Experience in writing robust unit and integration tests using Jest or similar frameworks.

Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.

Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and design patterns.

Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Node.js, with Golang experience considered a plus.

Build and optimize APIs and microservices to support various client applications.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

Implement data models, query optimization, and performance tuning for PostgreSQL and other relational databases.

Utilize NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for specific data storage needs.





Develop engaging, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js that enhance user experience.

Collaborate on integrating AI-driven tools and workflows into our development processes.

Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Leverage AWS cloud services, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and infrastructure management.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve system architecture and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues swiftly, minimizing downtime and impact on users.
