Responsibilities:

● Manage vendor payments and staff reimbursements on a day to day basis

● Ensure that all supporting documentation for payments is complete, accurate, and properly maintained for future audits and reviews

● Prepare and analyse quarterly utilization reports for review and discussion with schools and central teams

● Assist in compiling data and documentation for internal, statutory, and donor audits

● Download Form 16A and ensure timely distribution to the respective departments

● Collaborate with the team to ensure the efficient functioning of the Finance department

● Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

What you need for this position

Role & requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.

● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance and accounting; experience in a non-profit organization will be preferred.

● Working knowledge of Income Tax, PF, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances applicable to non-government organizations.

● Familiarity with accounting software such as ERP systems,



along with strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.

● Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and changing requirements.

● Valuable communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
