Position Title: Associate/Sr Associate

Business Function: Account Operations

Department: Retirement and Non-Retirement Account Operations, including Money Movement and Account Maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all assigned process tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines.

- Respond to operational queries and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.

- Identify and escalate critical issues to Leads/Managers to ensure seamless process execution.

- Contribute process improvement and Lean ideas to enhance efficieny, quality and client experience.

- Support the creation, review and maintenance of process documentation, SOPs, and procedural updates.

- Maintain data integrity and ensure strict adherence to process controls, KPIs, and compliance requirements.

- Take ownership of assigned work, coordinate activities, and delegate tasks when required to meet business objectives.

- Collaborate across teams and functions to identify root causes of errors, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor work queues and ensure adherence to service levels, productivity targets, and quality standards.

- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism and a customer-focused approach in all operational activities.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)





- Experience in Financial Services with exposure to Money Movement and Account Maintenance processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

- Knowledge of Financial Markets and Investment products.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Hands-on experience with AI and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-enabled analytical platforms to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

- Certification or training in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Data Analytics, or related technologies will be an added advantage.

- Robust communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.

- AI-First problem-solving mindset, leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance processes, productivity, and accuracy.
