MetLife is seeking experienced Software Engineers to contribute to its digital and AI transformation. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native software solutions while working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop applications using up-to-date technologies (Front-end, Back-end, APIs, Databases).

- Implement best practices for cloud, AI/Data, and emerging technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Follow Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent

- Experience:



2+ years in application software development, cloud-native applications, and APIs

- Tech Stack: Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Azure Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Swift, React Native

- Languages: Business proficiency in English and Japanese.

- Other Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
