Designation: Senior Associate/Associate Insurance operations

Experience: 0 – 5 years

Location: Technopark Phase III, Trivandrum

Skill Required: Neutral accent and positive communication skill, Word, Excel and Outlook

- Preferably any graduation.
- Relevant work experience in Insurance domain.
- Good understanding of MS Access, PowerPoint, Word.
- Understanding of software and tools used within business (including but not limited to MS Office)
- Understanding of data sources,



and data warehousing principles.
- Strong skills in data integration and analysis
- Highly numerate, with ability to notice trends and find anomalies in data, and ability to investigate them.
- Provide an effective & efficient administration & processing service particularly in the management of data entry, data cleansing & quality control.
- Processing of various work types like Policy Issuance, Endorsements, Chasing Broker, Bookings/Closings, Invoice processing, and Account queries/ Premium discrepancies from customer (companies, brokers etc) and enter into the relevant IT systems (e.g. Global Genius, APLUS and OPUS).
- Practical knowledge on usage of MS Office tool.
