Requirements

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate records of candidates in Zoho Recruit.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Track and report recruitment metrics such as closures, turnaround time, and conversion ratios.
