This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hinng the team across levels, engage in Business Development & product identification Responsible to control quality of business & implement processes

Responsible for increasing the market share, inspiring, and building effective Relationships both with internal & external stakeholders.

Desirable control span of 150-200 personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have direct sales experience with large control span .Should have excellent leadership & people management skills.

Should have proven record of leading high aggressive and target oriented team Should have excellent communications skills and high on Emotional Quotient.

Preferable sectors: Life Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or any other direct retail B-2-C profile.
