Role Description: The Associate Producer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role involves coordinating day-to-day production activities, including managing schedules, budgets, and logistics across pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

The Associate

Producer will assist in developing concepts, preparing pitches, organizing shoots, and liaising with directors, writers, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing vendor and crew management, ensuring timely delivery of assets,



maintaining production documentation, and supporting quality control on all audiovisual outputs. The role also includes contributing to creative discussions, troubleshooting production challenges, and helping maintain a smooth workflow across multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Strong production coordination skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and on-set logistics management.

Experience working on video content such as TVCs, digital films, corporate videos, documentaries, or animated projects.

Ability to collaborate effectively with directors, writers, editors, designers, and technical crew.

Proficiency in basic production tools and workflows; familiarity with post-production processes and timelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in film production, mass communication, media studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in a production house, agency, or media environment is preferred.

Comfort working in office in Faridabad and coordinating with clients and stakeholders as needed.
