Joule Studio build custom agents and skills orchestrate multiagent flows collections invoicing dispute working as a team

Agent delivery stand up and configure the Dispute Resolution Agent Journal Entry Agent Accounts Receivable Agent and Cash Management Assistant

Grounding data readiness ground agents on the SAP Knowledge Graph and clean master data use Datasphere Business Data Cloud as the AI data layer

Prompt guardrails prompt design retrieval RAG over SAP and nonSAP finance data PII protection protected outputs

BTP AI services generative AI hub SAP AI Core for custom scenarios beyond standard agents





AI value governance define use cases and KPIs touchless rate dispute cycle time DSO set humanintheloop thresholds ensure auditability and responsibleAI compliance

Domain foundation supporting
