Key Responsibilities

- Capability Development Planning and Implementation

- Define the annual capability plan for the managerial cohort of GT channel based on the role KPIs and developmental agendas.

- Design training and capability modules, create annual calendars, and drive their customized implementation as per channel requirements with the target audience.

- Implement capability development programs with respect to coverage, adherence, timelines, completion, feedback, and maximize impact.

- Capability Assessment and Gap Analysis

- Conduct capability assessments and gap analyses to identify current competency levels for managerial roles within GT Channel

- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify capability gaps and training needs and incorporate best practices in the design modules.

- Liaise with reporting managers for detailed assessment information and individual development plans to validate development gaps and curate content to create impact.

- Learning and Knowledge Management

- Be an ambassador for creating a learning culture within the channel teams, promoting continuous learning and knowledge sharing.





- Maintain and update knowledge repositories, tools, templates, and best practices to support the learning and development needs of the teams.

- Drive a culture of self-paced learning, and plan and implement campaigns to drive the usage of existing tools on digital platforms.

- Measurement and Evaluation

- Measure the effectiveness and impact of capability development initiatives through the measurement of KPIs and feedback.

- Create dashboards to accurately capture KPIs of capability interventions and managers to have progress visibility.

Key Performance Goals (KPIs)

- Formulation of the capability development plan and developing content (addressing all the needs for the GT channel).

- Adherence to the training calendar (timelines, completion).

- Effectiveness of capability interventions.

- Improvement in usage and adoption of learning tools and platforms.

- Ensure high quality of learning content relevant to the role and channel requirements.
