**Role: Associate – Loss Prevention & Audit Compliance

Team: Retail Operations**

**Region: Maharashtra, Gujrat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh

Base Location: Indore, Pune.** What you’ll do:

- Conduct store audits (scheduled & surprise) across assigned locations
- Verify physical inventory, scan products, and reconcile stock
- Perform daily cash tallies and ensure accurate cash reconciliation
- Check compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
- Identify discrepancies in stock, cash, or processes and prepare clear audit reports




- Travel extensively within the assigned city

What we’re looking for
- Solid attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
- Working knowledge of MS Excel

- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the city
