Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate Reporting To: Director of Finance

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and receivables tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure timely billing, follow up on outstanding payments, and support accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Track and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Provide data and insights for management reporting and forecasting
- Follow up on discrepancies, incomplete documentation, or missing information with cross functional departments
- Prepare daily revenue reports for the Director of Finance / Financial Controller
- Maintain and analyse customer-wise, invoice-wise, and entity-wise ageing reports
- Identify overdue receivables and escalate critical cases to management




- Coordinate with clients to resolve billing disputes and ensure faster collections
- Support month-end closing activities related to revenue and receivables
- Manage vendor coordination related to billing and collections

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
- Expertise in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and receivables processes
- Good communication, analytical skills and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during month-end close.
