AjnaLens is looking for an Associate Engineer/SDE-1 to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). Top 3 Daily Tasks:

Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) and Typescript (Axios) under guidance from senior engineers.

Assist in building cloud-native infrastructure, real-time data pipelines, and AI/ML-integrated systems.

Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to implement user-first features.

Minimum Work Experience:

Required: 0–3 years of experience in backend development or relevant internships/projects, with a strong interest in scalable system design.

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

Hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with Django or FastAPI.

Basic understanding of databases like PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis.





Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and eagerness to learn scalable architectures.

Interest in emerging technologies such as LLMs, vector search, GPT workflows, or chatbot systems.

Robust problem-solving skills and willingness to learn system design concepts from senior mentors.

Full-Stack Awareness:

Basic familiarity with front-end frameworks like ReactJS for building internal dashboards or small user-facing features.

Awareness of DevOps practices, containerization, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OTEL is a plus.

Bonus Points For:

Internship or project experience in web development real-time systems, LLM, Chatbot, Voice Agents or AI-driven products.

Exposure to high-performance consumer applications.
