- Technical Leadership: Lead teams in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native solutions using modern architectures (Microservices, Event-Driven, API-first).

- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with Principal Architects and engineering leadership to ensure technology strategy alignment.

Technical Skills Required

- 12+ years of experience in RESTful API development, server-side technologies, and cloud-based architectures.





- 7+ Years experience in mobile native development

- 3+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management, hiring, and coaching.

- Proven track record of success leading a development team in a energetic, entrepreneurial environment where management of complex product requirements is a driver of success

- Demonstrated experience leading teams building and growing native mobile applications

- Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks and tools, such as Kotlin, Swift, Firebase

- Expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices architecture, Mobile applications and distributed systems.

- Strong experience with Relational &
- NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and middleware technologies.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication & collaboration skills, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-solving, creativity, and innovation mindset.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple dependencies, ensuring high-quality releases.

- Strong skills in risk identification, issue resolution, and process improvement.

- Ability to align engineering priorities with business outcomes and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Education &
- Experience

- Experience in highly available, large-scale enterprise systems and performance tuning.

- Experience working in retail or cloud-native product development.
