About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Product Marketing to lead product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement for our suite of merchant-focused financial products. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, driving adoption and revenue across SMEs, enterprise merchants, and ecosystem partners.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B SaaS or fintech product marketing, excels at translating complex products into compelling value propositions, and has successfully launched products for merchant, payments, lending, or commerce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for current product launches and feature rollouts.
- Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to different merchant segments.
- Partner closely with Product teams to influence roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success through compelling collateral, playbooks, battle cards, demos, and training.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and strengthen product differentiation.




- Build adoption and engagement programs across existing merchant and partner bases.
- Collaborate with Growth and Demand Generation teams to create campaigns that drive pipeline and product adoption.
- Track product adoption, customer engagement, and GTM effectiveness using data-driven insights.
- Work with leadership to define pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies.

What We're Looking For

- 6–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B fintech, SaaS, or merchant commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and GTM initiatives.
- Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, payments, acquiring, lending, embedded finance, or commerce technology.
- Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills with the ability to simplify complex products.
- Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage customer and market insights to influence business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
