Key Responsibilities

- To lead a team of 15-20 chemists along with scientists.
- To handle multiple projects and meet the timelines and provide technical support for chemistry issues pertaining to.

- To mentor the team members on various aspects like chem. literature, interpretation of analysis and strategic plans for the successful completion.
- Actively participate in major decision making and communicate effectively with clients and internal customers.

- Active involvement in the recruitment cell.
- Preparation of quotes for small scale to large scale deliverables and suggesting the ideas for alternate routes (route scouting) and processes.

- Initiation and creating the positive work setting (by supporting the management decisions).
- Responsible for the safety rules and regulations in the process R&D; department

- Co-ordinate between cross functional department personnel for smooth delivery of the project requirements.
- Motivate of the associates towards teamwork for achieving and delivering tough targets.
