A leading luxury villa hospitality company is looking for an Associate Director – Operations to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations across its portfolio.

Drive revenue, profitability, property onboarding, guest experience, and owner satisfaction while leading high-performing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end regional operations across multiple locations. Drive portfolio expansion and property acquisition. Manage guest experience, homeowner relations, housekeeping, F&B;, concierge, maintenance, and vendor operations.

Develop and execute revenue growth and profitability strategies. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, OPEX/CAPEX, and cost optimisation. Build and manage a robust vendor and procurement ecosystem. Establish operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Built a profitable villa maintenance unit with SOPs,



pricing models, and preventive/corrective systems to enhance homeowner satisfaction. Implement SOPs, process improvements, and training programmes. Ensure operational compliance, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Lead, mentor, and develop large multi-city teams.

Ideal Candidate

Strong leadership experience in luxury hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, or premium real estate operations. Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and large teams. Expertise in revenue management, operational excellence, and process optimisation. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Data-driven decision-maker with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience in scaling luxury hospitality or villa operations across multiple cities. Proven ability to build SOPs, centralised processes, and service excellence frameworks.
