We are looking for a dynamic Associate Director – Internal Audit to lead audit operations at our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in internal audits, risk management, and compliance across large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute internal audit plans across business functions.
- Identify risks, evaluate controls, and recommend improvements.
- Supervise audit teams and manage stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX, and regulatory requirements.
- Present audit findings to senior management and drive action plans.

Requirements

- Solid experience in internal controls and risk-based auditing.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing abilities.
- Proficiency in audit tools and MS Office.

Preference: Immediate joiners or short notice period.
